Paleo Pie Crust
I tried 3 different pie crust recipes and I just wasn't happy. But this one......I'm in love with.
1 3/4 cup blanched almond flour
1/4 cup arrowroot powder (No need to go buy this. Just replace with almond flour if you prefer. You can also use tapioca flour)
1 tbsp Honey (omit this if you are making a savory dish)
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp Grapeseed or coconut oil
1 egg
Mix everything together and press into a pie tin with oiled hands. Bake at 350 for about 8 minutes. When you see the edges turning brown, take it out!
