Since we are gluten/dairy/corn free, I have sooooooooo many people ask what we could possibly snack on. This little recipe is our staple snack. I eat it like it's going out of style and put it in Molly's lunch everyday.
It's so simple. Throw together sunflower seed, pumpkin seeds, cashews, almonds, shredded coconut and dark chocolate chips and keep it in a container. If you want it to taste like more of a dessert, melt the chocolate chips in a pot and add all the seeds and nuts. Stir it all together and then transfer to a container to cool. When it cools......chocolate and protein heaven.
We keep these in our car for an instant, anytime snack.
