Happy Easter!!

Hello!! I've been away for a bit from blogging but am trying my darnedest to get back into the groove. We've been on Spring Break all week and are TOTALLY out of whack! But I did manage to get a painting finished that has been roaming around in my head for a good while. I do like it but I think my paintings always look better in my head than on the wood! It was fun to paint and I'm glad it's not in my head driving me crazy anymore.

Click on the painting to enlarge and see the detail.

Have a wonderful Easter!

I think your painting is wonderful! That is one of my favorite Bible verses when Jesus says “Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.” Also, I love that even though Peter's faith waivered on the water, he was the only one brave enough to get out of the boat and walk on the water with Jesus. So amazing!

The waves in your paiting and the faces capture the scene perfectly :)

I love the way you do biblical art. I love this and the picture of Adam and Eve. You make it hip and contemporary. Your art is fun and delightful. Beautiful works.
